Chocolate And Pecan Brownies

Very rich, you only need a small one!
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine
4 T unsweetened cocoa powder
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup flour
3 T hot water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Frosting:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
12 oz chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together sugars, margarine, cocoa and eggs. Add salt, flour, hot water and vanilla.
Place in a 15 1/2x10 1/2" jellyroll pan lightly coated with vegetable oil spray.
Bake in preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare frosting. Spread frosting over warm brownies.
Allow to cool completely before cutting.
Frosting:
In medium saucepan over low heat or in bowl in microwave; bring milk and butter to boil. Remove from heat . Blend in chips until melted. Stir in vanilla and sugar. Beat to spreading consistency. Stir in marshmallows and pecans.
