This is a tasty bar recipe with a cookie type bottom and a cheesecake top. What a combination!

Ingredients

1 Box Yellow Pudding Recipe cake mix
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Oil

1 8 Ounce pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Egg

Directions

Mix the cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup.

Press the rest into a 9 X 13 oven dish.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.

Beat the cream cheese, egg, sugar and lemon juice.

Pour over cake layer and bake for an additional 15 minutes at 350F.

Cut into squares when cool.
