QUICK Coconut Chocolate Bars

These sweet, gooey brownies only have 1/2 cup flour in the batter.
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, room temperature
2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Butter 8" square baking pan.
Using electric mixer, beat eggs until foamy, about 1 minute. Add sugar and beat until fluffy, about 1 minute. Beat in margarine until well blended, about 1 minute. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips, pecans, coconut, flour, cocoa powder and vanilla.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake until just set but still very moist and sticky, about 20 minutes.
Pour remaining chocolate chips over and let stand until softened, 2 to 3 minutes.
Spread chocolate over top.
Cool slightly. cut into bars and serve warm.
