QUICK Easy Summer Salsa    Goes well with food from the grill.
Tropical Salsa for Seafood     This salsa is also good for chicken or as a topping for black beans.
QUICK Canned Pineapple Salsa    An excellent choice with grilled chicken or turkey breast.
Peach-and-Red-Onion Salsa-Relish    This salsa would make a great relish if minced instead of chopped.
QUICK Hawaiian pineapple Salsa    This recipe makes about 2 cups of mildly spicy, wonderful dip for seafood or chips.
QUICK Summer Salsa    Jalapeno peppers and lime juice add a zing to this juicy apricot salsa.
Fruit Salsa    This is a recipe that makes a good size portion of fresh salsa.  Serve with chips or alongside a burger or BBQ chicken.
QUICK Papaya Relish    This relish, like other fruit relishes, tastes bet when eaten shortly after preparing.  The ingredients can be prepared ahead, and tossed just before serving. NOTE* Wear rubber gloves to work with hot peppers
QUICK Cranberry-Jalapeno Salsa    This would make a refreshing change for the traditional cranberry sauce! Makes 2 cups
Tropical Sunrise Salsa    If making this salsa ahead of time, add papaya and pineapple just before serving, or salsa will be watery.
Fennel & Nectarine Salsa    This is a very crunchy salsa that goes well with grilled or broiled fish, pork, or poultry.    Makes about 1 1/2 cups. About 30 calories per 1/4 cup.
Mango-Chili Salsa    This is a spicy sweet salsa that will go great with grilled seafood or fish.    Makes about 3 cups.
QUICK Fresh Strawberry Salsa    This has strawberries along with the cherry tomatoes.
QUICK Wonderful Watermelon Salsa    This salsa is great over salad greens.  Get the mixed spring greens for the best flavor.
