Banana Berry Fruit Smoothie

Servings: 2 (8 oz) Prep. Time: 5 minutes Print

   This is a recipe for the young inexperienced child, new to the kitchen.  It requires no cooking and tastes yummy!



Ingredients

   1  medium ripe banana
   1  8 ounce container berry yogurt
   1  6 ounce can of pineapple juice (3/4 cup)



Directions

   Mash banana in a small bowl with a fork.

   Put yogurt and juice in a shaker jar or a tall glass.

   Stir or shake together and add banana.

   Continue stirring until smooth.
