QUICK PREP Chinese Spareribs

   These ribs take time to bake but, they are quick to get ready for the oven!



Ingredients

   4  pounds spareribs
   1  (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
1/3  cup brown sugar
   1  onion grated
   1 (1lb. 4oz.) can crushed pineapple



Directions

   Have the butcher split the spareribs lengthwise.  Marinate in the soy sauce overnight.  Drain.  

   Sprinkle with brown sugar.

   Cover with pineapple and bake in a covered casserole in a hot oven, 400 F, for 1 1/4 hours, until tender.  Separate each rib for finger eating.
