Breads & Crackers

Italian Garlic And Cheese Bread    This one has everything that would go with spaghetti or an Italian salad. A different "quick" bread.
QUICK Lemon Poppy Seed Bread    This one is made from lemon cake mix so it mixes up quick for unexpected company.  Goes great with fruit salad.
Bacon And Cheddar Muffins    These are quick and easy and taste great with anything!  The recipe callls for paper liners but these can be dropped by spoonfuls in a pan to bake.
Quick Mini Caramel Rolls    The kids will love to help with these rolls.  Help make them and help eat them!  Just thaw 2 loaves of frozen bread dough and get started.
Baking-Powder Biscuits    This is a recipe for a lot of biscuits!  Cut into 2-inch rounds it will make 42.    My father was raised in a large family of 4 girls and 4 boys.  He told me that his mother made 52 biscuits every morning for breakfast.  THAT sounds like a lot of biscuits!  But all of the boys were well over 6 feet and they all were big eaters.  They ate gravy and biscuits or molasses and biscuits.     Dad, himslf, made some of the best biscuits, I ever had!
Mexican Corn Bread Muffins    This recipe makes 36 muffins that are easy to freeze and reheat if, you have any left!
Crispy Caraway Cheese Crackers    This make a lot of crackers and they are light and delicious!
Rich Pumpkin Sweet Bread    This recipe came by, quite by accident!  I did not have a can of plain pumpkin, so I used a can of pumpkin pie mix instead.    It's a bigger can of pumpkin and it has sugar and spices already added.  But in a pinch, use what you have.  It turned out wonderful. Try it, you'll like it! NOTE* This makes 2 loaves, or 1 loaf and some muffins.  Goes Great With Apple Cider!
